Kodak Black Is Off the Hook

According to documents obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, a judge has recently dismissed the last tampering charge against the Florida rapper. This comes after the earlier dismissal of drug possession charges in February when Kodak demonstrated he had a prescription for the drugs.

As previously mentioned, laboratory tests confirmed that the pills confiscated from Kodak were oxycodone, and he presented a legitimate prescription for them.

Kodak Black's attorney Bradford Cohen, announced on Instagram that Count 2 of his cocaine possession case has been dismissed by the Broward State Attorney's Office. The attorney claims they provided evidence of Kodak's prescription before charges were filed, yet the case proceeded despite discrepancies in the officer's account and the substance's identification.

The video below is footage of Yak being released from jail a month ago.

Yak's sentence for federal firearms charges was commuted by President Trump in 2021, remains on probation. He has faced court hearings for failing and refusing drug tests multiple times. Despite these challenges, he welcomed a new baby boy in February.

Do you think Kodak Black can put his criminal charges behind him?
